Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 week course  (MBSR)    Rangiora    

Evidence based, comprehensive mindfulness training with a Registered MBSR teacher and experienced mental health clinician.

When ? The course runs on 8 consecutive Wednesday evenings 6pm -8.30/ 9pm, plus one day long retreat on a Sunday. See dates below.

Places are limited to 12 only. 

The Rangiora course offers a smaller group size, a personal touch with lots of support in a rural setting with local ongoing support afterwards.

Mindfulness Practice Group 

This practice group is for anyone that has done an intro. course or another mindfulness course and wants to keep their practice alive by joining a community of like minded folks to practice with. 


The group will involve some sort of combination of the following:
guided mindfulness practice
some instruction/ teachings
Facilitated exploration of our mindfulness practice, what we are noticing and how we are relating to our experience ( this is called inquiry).

Building resilience 5 week course: Rangiora

This course is run as a “not for profit community course” and is supported generously by community benefactors based in a social permaculture model.

Next course Community course available by arrangement, also for workplaces and groups.

If you want to provide this cutting edge course at your workplace or as a funded community course then get in touch. The course has been funded in the Hurunui a couple of times and offered to workplaces with great benefits.
